Thanks to our increasing contacts with our many agents, we have gained experience in setting up, from France, shipments for our clients between two foreign countries outside of France.

For all your full container shipments, our role is to advise you about how to optimize you loadings, and to organize dispatching (in case of special urgency, containers'overtaking, wide load...)

• Import from foreign countries and distribution within France o

This service is increasingly popular with foreign firms who sell on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis to French wholesalers. We can set up your shipments from your overseas warehouse up to the domicile delivery (after Customs clearance) to your clients in France and in Europe. Warehousing your goods, preparing detailed, invidual orders for your clients and point by point deliveries are operations that our staff are used to offering.

• Personal effects o

We can help you on shipments of personal effects (except for dangerous & perishable goods) on several destinations. According to your expectations, we can accompany you from pick up of the goods from departure point up to arrival point, and even for domicile delivery.

• Regular departures in consolidation containers, full containers (dry, high cube, open top & flat rack containers) and conventional freight  from ports of Le Havre or Antwerp.

- in you own warehouse for loading by your staff

- in our supplier's warehouse for loading by a professional staff

• All necessary export documentation (Export Ocean Bills of Lading, French Customs documentation (EXA, EUR1, T Forms, Temporary Exports, etc.), Insurance coverage and Certificates, Banking of shipping documents).

• Legalization of documents (when required) by Consular organizations (Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Manufacture, etc.) through a specialized service in Paris.

• Personalized project management. We can help you set up your ocean exports based upon your precise needs (weights, dimensions, nature of goods, cost and transit time). From this starting point we negotiate with the most appropriate ocean lines for exact and competitive rates.

• Comparative price simulations. Our quotations will always be based upon your exact needs (type of transportation, INCO terms, any special requirements that you may have) and provide you with a precise cost envelope and various options to chose from. We have air / ocean / and truck transportation departments and can always give you a fully objective choice between these three means of transport.

• Letters of Credit / Documentary Credits / Banking. Precise usage and control of the terms and requirements of your Letters of Credit. Our export personnel is trained for and used to using bank-imposed elements on shipping documentation. Our in-house computer system also permits us to pre-edit your shipping documents for control by ourselves and (via fax) by your export department BEFORE ACTUALLY PRINTING THE FINAL DOCUMENT. All Ocean B/Ls are stored on our server and can be recalled / modified at any time. Our proximity also guarantees an immediate return and / or banking of your shipping documentation.

• Our worldwide network of agents (hand-picked for their high quality of service) allows us to offer you full forwarding from door to door. Our close mutual relationship with these partners insures a point-by-point tracing of your shipment, quick Customs clearance and delivery to the final consignee’s warehouse.

• Our in-house trucking service will collect your goods directly at your warehouse in France. All of our drivers are in constant contact by cellular telephone and can be dispatched immediately on request.

• A worldwide network of agents with whom we work on a daily basis. Possibility of Express Handling when needed (pick-up by dedicated vehicles at your shipper’s warehouse, choice of the first possible direct ocean departure), pre-advice for all shipments accompanied by all supporting documentation to allow immediate clearance of your import upon arrival in the appropriate European port.

• All types of Customs clearance / brokerage.

• Collection of your goods in the arrival terminal, off-loading, container stripping, handling on request.

• Transport to the final delivery point (your warehouse or a third-party consignee anywhere in France) by our Import and National Trucking Departments, exactly as required by your Purchasing staff.
